- Sets the distance within which to defend the target.
- In other words, the CPU will attack any enemy coming into the set range.

- <iPlayerIndex>: the index number of the CPU player.
- <iTargetIndex>: the index number of the target. This value is returned by CPU_AddDefendSobGroup and other functions.
- <fDistance>: float, a distance radius.
