CPU_SetAttackTargetPriority(<iPlayerIndex>, <iAttackGroup>, <iAttackPriority>)
Presumably sets the priority level of a certain type of enemy ships.
CPU_SetAttackTargetPriority(2, TT_MotherShip, 50)
<iPlayerIndex>: the index number of a CPU player.
<iAttackGroup>: the index number (or variable) of the attack group.
TT_MotherShip, TT_Refinery and TT_Builder variables can be found in the AI dumps. They presumably correspond to the class definitions of the AI files.
<iAttackPriority>: the attack priority value.
